Here Are a Few Tips to Make Sure You Have a Magical Night at Illumination.
Visit During the Week
Illumination’s most popular days are Friday, Saturday and holidays. On these days, you can expect that traffic will take a little bit of time to get into the attraction. You can avoid the long wait times by visiting us Monday – Thursday.
Purchase Tickets Online
Not only can you save money by purchasing your tickets online but, if there are tickets available online the wait to get into illumination is likely to be shorter.
We recommend purchasing tickets online, We cannot guarantee availability of drive-up tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: You will choose a preferred time of attendance at check-out, however, if you cannot attend for any reason on your purchased day, your ticket will be honored any other weekday, Monday through Thursday, through January 14th 2018. (Excluding December 25-28)

Consolidate Cars Upon Arrival
If you’re planning on joining the experience together as one big group, please consolidate prior to arrival. (We can’t accommodate consolidating after entering to the show)
Make a Pit Stop Before Entering the Show
Illumination has restrooms positioned at the front gate, the entrance to the show and at the Holiday Boulevard.
Visit the Holiday Boulevard
You’ll have the option to enjoy lots of sweets and holiday treats, play games, visit Santa and let the kids burn off energy at the “Winter Jumperland”. Parking and entry to the Holiday Boulevard is FREE.
Take the Photo Op
There is no better place to take holiday pictures than at Illumination. Gather the family around the largest LED snowman in the country or a 20-foot high walk through Christmas Ornament and get the perfect shot.
Groupon Tickets are Valid Only Monday – Thursday (Excluding December 25-28).
- Reservations Aren’t Required.
- Not Valid on Holidays.
While there are plenty of sweets and treats available at Holiday Boulevard for purchase, it may be a good idea to bring some snacks and water to hold you over through the show.
Keep the Kids Entertained
While we work very hard at keeping lines manageable, there are times that you may need to wait to enter the attraction. We have an interactive Santa’s Village on our website for just this scenario.
